The advantages of women-only learning
We are the only university-level women’s college in Canada. Located in London, Ontario, we welcome approximately 1,100 undergraduate students and deliver a liberal arts education of excellence. We provide women with the skills and knowledge to think critically and participate actively in society, and since 1919 have perpetuated the Ursuline Tradition, which supports a commitment to community service, social justice, and the development of women.
Graduating from a women’s college increases your chances of earning a graduate degree, and takes you further in your career. At Brescia, you will be encouraged to lead and be “bold” – and develop the courage to live up to your potential.
Join the Brescia family
Brescia University College is an energetic and vibrant community where all women can feel welcome, safe and secure; like with friends and family. There are many ways students can get involved in the community, the students’ council, the choir, or participating in leadership development programs – among many others.
Our Student Life Centre is a hub of connections for students seeking new opportunities. Whether you want to find work experience, need help settling into your new university life, or are looking for career advice, we are here to support you and help you achieve your projects.
